Bobbie has been licensed in Nevada since 1999, which means she has worked through the boom, the crash, the recovery and the strange years since. That span is the reason she is careful with numbers and blunt about risk: she has watched what optimism costs people who bought or sold on the wrong advice.

Starr Dust Group is deliberately boutique. Bobbie founded it so that the person clients hire is the person who previews homes, writes the offer, works the inspection and sits at the negotiation table. Nothing is handed to an assistant at the moment it matters.
